The hormone pellet injection procedure is performed directly by the doctor. Prior to this lab work will need to be completed along with a consult to discuss your history. To ensure the highest quality, pellets are ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer for each patient. If you have health insurance it may or may not cover the cost of the procedure. Call our office to find out more or to schedule an appointment.

If you are a new patient please call the main office number to make an appointment. For scheduling purposes, please select only one appointment type from the options below. This should be the main reason for your visit. If you have multiple reasons for your visit, they will all be addressed during your appointment.
